i agree with you for the most part, i did not write this letter, i simply found it. perhaps you knew this i was just putting emphasis on that. what i politely disagree with you on is the topic of how you can have respect for what he is doing. Micheal Moore is an attention seeking film director who puts himself on the map by deceiving his viewers and by filling them with lies. Freedom of speech allows him to say what ever he wants about president bush and the great thing about our nation is his ability to do this. however, his messages (while some are true and valid and these messages i respect) for the most part are based off of lies. i have not seen Fahrenheit 9/11 yet, and i personally will wait to comment on that, but as for bowling for columbine i have seen it and i can say that most of the speeches (charleton Heston's mainly) were blatantly edited in order to portray an uncaring, unsympathetic Gun nut. this website ( http://www.hardylaw.net/Truth_About_Bowling.html ) divulges many of these grotesque inaccuracies.
i feel that this letter written by "Frank J" at www.imao.us was a humorous commentary on how many right wing americans feel regarding Michael Moore. A personal belief of mine is that Michael Moore is weakening this nation in a time of war. by pointing out petty wrongs made by the president while not showing the rights made to counter act them, Micheal Moore is swaying a group of Americans who cannot think for themselves and in turn, are fighting against Bush for a cause they do not know exactly what it is(i am not saying that people who agree with micheal moore cannot think for themselves, im just demonstrating a trend no offense meant)
