lol. It was my stat counter that gave you away. I keep an eye on new pages that link to my page. I honestly wasn't going to reply, but I re read your post and thought it looked opened minded enough to give it a shot. There was no offense on my part, so don't worry about it. I must have my wires crossed, as I was light hearted amused after reading your original post.
If you really would like to try cloth, there are a ton of ladies out there who sell their own home made cloth pads. I've seen them sell for as little as 3$ each, but normally run between 5$ and 10$ each. On the top of my cloth pad page there are two LJ comms where cloth pad makers hang out, you can find stuff for sale there. I've never tried them, but whole lot of ladies have high praise for Punky's Pads.
Oh, and one other thing. I've never tried it, but I have heard of some ladies taking their disposable pads and wrapping them in cotton cloth (think old t shirt material , flannel, or regular flat woven cotton) just to see how cloth would feel. Yes, you can throw the material away afterward ;)
