You can't go there!
So, back from San Diego, thank god.
Been watching Rah Xephon. I think I'm in love with Ayato's hair. I can't quite figure out why, but his hair just makes me so happy. I also love the theme song. Maaya Sakamoto has such a pretty voice.
I think Rah Xephon hates me though. You have NO idea how hard it's been to watch this friggin' series. First, I borrow DVDs from Lindsey, get up to the third episode and then my DVD player decides to die. So then I netflix it, and at first my DVD player wouldn't even READ the damn thing, but after much coaxing (read: smacking the side of the machine), I got it to play. THEN it started skipping all the cool parts.
After much struggling with the rewind button, I finally finished the first disk. So I pop in the second disk and guess what? The subtitles don't work. It'll play in Japanese but the blessed subtitles just won't pop up. I tried to watch it in english and nearly drove a pencil in my ear the voices were so bad. This made me so upset that I actually had to step outside and cool off before cleaning the disk (AGAIN) and finally getting the subtitles to work.
I hope you're happy Linds. YOU got me hooked on this show and now I actually have to spend time and patience on it! Thanks a lot.
