Today as I was walking over the foot-bridge to the student center, I passed by a guy and a girl coming from the other direction. The girl was holding a bundle that looked SUSPICIOUSLY like a dead, full-term, newborn baby wrapped in a clear plastic bag with a newspaper laid on top of it as if to obscure it from view.
Yeah.
They didn't seem too upset or creeped out by whatever it was they were carrying, so I'm hoping to God it was actually some sort of ANIMAL cadaver for dissection/education purposes, because who the hell walks around campus with a dead baby in plastic???
It was bizarre. She was cradling it in her arms exactly as you would cradle a baby, no mistake... so... man, I really hope it wasn't an actual dead baby. :( Anyway, they were walking in the direction of the DORMS, so unless they were parked way the hell over there instead of by the science/biology building, I can't fathom why they would be walking over there with ANY sort of cadaver, especially a human one. I wonder where they were taking it and why. I wonder how it died.
This concludes my creepy highlight of the day.
