Arrgh, I'm sick again. Stupid cold DX
On the plus side, I'm actually making progress with my to-do list, it's over half done and it's only Friday! I feel extremely proud of myself for that. \o/
But sob trying to travel during Thanksgiving is expensive. Going to Chicago via bus is going to be $85 for a round trip. I'll have to wait until next paycheck, but I still plan on going. I want to see Chicago all prettied up for Christmas (for I am a Christmas geek), and to spend time with my brother and his girlfriend. Plus I admit there's a good part of me that just wants to get out of town that weekend for personal reasons. >>
And oh hay, it's Friday here :o

Tsunade: Oh hay I got an idea - let's call Naruto back while this village is being invaded by godmodly powerful guy looking for him.

I was worried this manga would lack the token blind badass.
Good thing that's been taken care of. Whew, I can rest easy.
To be honest i feel bad for any Noise Marie RPers out there (are they out there? I've never seen one). Sure I've bitched about having to do retcon over and over and over again for Allen - but the plot twist of "OH BTW THIS CHARACTER IS BLIND FYI" really puts that all into perspective.
BUT ANYWAY - enough about the blind badass guy.
I think I like Timothy. He's a little punk, but not bad at the same time. I wonder if his characterization is any way influenced by young Allen since they act the same in a lot of ways, though Timothy doesn't seem to be an exact copy of him either - which is good. But I wish they had picked another name because there's no way I won't mix him up for the other Tim at some point.
Emilie is awesome. I love that she sure wasn't fawning over Kanda this chapter. Clearly his pretty boy looks only gets him so far when it comes to her kids. >O
This chapter was good, except for one thing.
