The other day, I decided to walk into a videogame shop with my sister.
The sign on the shop's window said that they had gaming packs-- selling their consoles with free games and memory cards at good prices. One particular console caught my eye, and I decided to ask them until when they'd have the promo.
For purposes of this blog, I shall translate the conversation to English:
Saleslady: Yes?
Me: I'd like to ask about that PS2 promo pack.
Saleslady: Yes, it's still ongoing. Until December.
Me: Oh, okay.
Saleslady: *explains what it includes*
Me: All right. I'll think about it. Thanks.
*pause*
Saleslady: You still don't have a PS2? *incredulity on her face*
Me: *smiles*
You know... because that promo pack is actually worth thinking about... and because I AM in the process of trying to make up for that whole period in college when I didn't get to play anything because it was all on PS2 and PSP already... I'll actually overlook that question of yours.
Yeah, I don't have a PS2. And why not a PS3 instead?
