Like how very few first time voters are registering for the 2010 elections?
Like how stupid that book tax is?
Like how there are OTHER things happening more worth our attention, worth an everyday headline on the leading newspapers?
It's pathetic that our news coverage considers that an ISSUE, and for this much time. It's not because we're not entertained by the "scandal" anymore, or that we've lost interest at all... but that this attention on such an "issue" is pathetic. There are a lot of other problems in this country worth our attention and time.
As if that news on the book tax was not disappointing enough, the media's having a buffet over this overrated issue that's being treated more and more out of proportion as the days go by.
There's more to life than porn, people. There's more to life than celebrities' mishaps and their paying for their lack of prudence.
...Why can't I hear the voices of the youth? Is it not loud enough... or are we too absorbed in our own worlds as well?
