Yes ... it has been a while since I was on here. But I will update the past like month in a nutshell. I have been working an almost decent amount this summer. Yay for that. I volunteered at Vacation Bible School at my church one week in June. Got to work with one of my best friends, Emily, and worked with Jenn too. It was fun stuff. Then I was also in Connecticut closing my grandmother's house for a week. Did some college tours of Yale and Princeton. Two beautiful campus's. Enjoyed two Yankees games, and spending time with my cousin Laura, who will be attending Yale in the fall. Spent time with Pa and taught him how to e-mail. He is coming down to visit the week of band camp because he reall wants to see the Nease band at the exhibition that Thursday. So that will be good. It will just be to bad that I won't be home to spend time with him because I will be out at Nease the whole day ... 8:00am-8:30pm. But I am sure I will get to spend that Saturday morning with him and then Friday morning before I go to school. Yay for that. I still need to work out with Kim carpooling. Hopefully she will drive the band camp, and then I will drive the first day of school. *If I get up the courage to spend $35 on a parking pass.* I don't reall want to, but if I want to be able to drive to school I really don't have a choice now do I? Nope, I don't. Got mad about band and then prayed and looked at the beginning of James and everything got worked out with the help of Mr. E, Taylor, and Lauren. Dated an amazing guy, Thomas, but that ended after exactly 1 month. But that's okay, we are still friends and will be for a long while. Been attending youth group when I am not out of town. Going to theHouse when its open. So much fun. I have learned a lot at youth group this summer about me. We have recently discussed mercy, and the usage of slang/profanity/cursing/euphamisms and how it displeases God for us to talk like that and use His name in vain. It has been a great experience. I have grown close to the people there and have never been happier with a youth group. *I just wish that they were closer to Ponte Vedra* lol ... oh well. TIED is in Lake Junaluska performing. Miss those people, because I haven't seen them since before I left for Connecticut, which is really sad. LoL. Miss them terribly. But last I heard they were having a good time. Andrea and I have spent a lot of time together this summer, which is awesome ... couldn't be happier about that. She has been there for me so much ... it great. Love her to death. *As I do all my other friends* Spent time with Linz this week ... and that was good. She and Andrea have helped me so much with this break up with Thomas. Mom is done in Atlanta, YAY!! That is good ... she has a job at Jacksonville University now. She is excited about that. I haven't seen her so happy about something in a while. Saw Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 3 times this summer ... and saw Bewitched and Madagascar. Some really good movies are coming out this summer. I am really looking forward to "The Perfect Man" to come out. *Man, this entry is really random when it comes to topics ... no smooth transitions* So that is pretty much what has been going on with me, for those of you who don't read the xanga site.
