I found these fascinating and I had a lot of fun trying to figure out all the different kinds of food that the artist used.

These pictures are entirely made of food!!!

Great, but who made them?(!)

It amazes me how many people post stuff like this, but don't bother to even include the artists name.

i'm sure you don't care about who made them, but i think the artist who went to all the trouble of putting it together would like some recognition.

Great pics! anonymous February 25 2009, 12:16:14 UTC
Hey, thanks for these. One of those gems that Stumble throws up.
The total feel of the pics is a kid's magic land of fantasy, and it sort of works for me anyway. . Well done.

Looks like the artist is Carl Warner. Short article found on The Daily Telegraph.

His official website:
http://www.carlwarner.com/warner.html

Made my computer a bit slow, though, so if you have an older computer, I wouldn't click.

These are pretty neat. Who is the artist and where is he or she from?

Pictures are taken by english photographer Carl Warner. www.carlwarner.com. The 1st one made (the salmon sea) was beginning of series of prind ads for Finnish butterbrand Voimariini in early 2000s. All the rest are just copies for different brands of the same original idea used in salmon sea. Seems like a idea has lived trough 10 years and taken life of its own. The writer of this is an Art Director who created the first one with Carl. www.ak.72.info
