Workout A
Squat 3x5x185 2x5x205
Bench Press 3x5x165 2x5x185
Inverted Rows 15,12,12
Push-ups 20,18,15
Reverse Crunch 3x12
A pretty quick workout and felt pretty strong. Wanting to ease into the training I kept things low.
-The inv rows felt like a good lat stretch.
-Felt lats and obliques even on squats and bench, so they are easier to target.
-Have been feeling tight in my low/mid back -thoracic area. Did some rolling on the foam roller at the gym. Felt tight. Will maybe soak later in the epsom salts.
-Superset the p-ups and crunches. Nice workout overall.
-Didn't wear man/ballet slippers today. Maybe when its warmer and I want to be stared at. They are low cut and its still mighty chilly here.
I'm off to clean out more of deceased friend's house.
