Right now I'm doing smaller muscles after the big combo lifts. I've been hitting my arms. Its all cable work since I pinched a nerve and had some biceps tendonitis. Mostly things are better but I am taking it slow. So cable curls, singles and 2 hands. Then single pushdowns and single reverse curls. I'm using the single handle with the roller on the cable machines. Usually I add this to a inner and outer rotation:
