Option 1: Pull-ups 4x8x45# assist
B1. Straight-Arm Pulldown 3x12x70
B2. Rope Lat Pulldown 3x12x45
C. Seated Rope Rowing, torso bent forward (special exercise) 3x10x55
D. Straight-Arm Arc Dumbbell Row 1x100x20s
This felt better than last week and I felt incredibly strong on the pull-ups! In fact everything felt stronger. I did less on the bent rowing to really squeeze it out. The DB arc row gave me an insane pump in my back and med deltoids. Hooray.Now sweating at home in the heat
