So I cut Barbara loose. I saw her at the hospital today and she was definitely acting weird so I asked her for a moment of her time and told her that it was totally cool for her to say that she had fun on thursday but that she wasn't feeling the situation and just wanted to be friends. She wheedled for a bit and then said, "Yeah, that's pretty much it". I told her it was understandable and that there was no sense in making things all weird in the workplace by ignoring the gorilla. I think she really appreciated the out because it was obviously not something she was comfortable in being the bad guy about. Things went ok from there. We chatted comfortably about our weekends and closed it on a high-five for the fun outing on thursday. I think that's about as good as it gets. Time to move on. Got a lot of shit to think about for the upcoming trip to Philly for derby and to see dad.

Weekend was good, overall. I did an impromptu 48 hour (well, 40 or 41) cranberry juice fast starting friday afternoon. I took a lot of shit when I went out with the guys to watch the UFC fights (Liddell WTF!). There were many pitchers of Blue Moon, one of my favorite beers, and I was sipping a large cranberry juice. LOL. I held out until mid-day sunday, when I broke down and made biscuits and gravy before we went out to the Mariners game, where I also pigged out. There were some seriously obnoxious Yankee fans at the game. I really dislike the Yankees and their fans. One dude wanted to start a fight with me for talking shit about Giambi. Whatever. Grow up. We actually won the game and that shut them up. That Seahawks game was painful. I only caught a bit before going to the M's game but it was horrific. All of our valuable first string players on the DL and Hasselback in a panic. Not the way to start the season... Oh well.

Started laying out my next CD. It's going to take a lot of work. The problem with glitch electro is that so much of it isn't mix friendly at all. I'm going to have to do a lot of custom edits and graft intros and outros onto the tracks I want to use in order to make it happen. I'm already stoked on the blueprint, though.
