Good lord. Call it disturbing or what you will but I have been HAAAAAANKERING to go shooting lately. I think it's just the stress I've been packing in my back pocket or the fact that I've been reading a lot of magazines and talking guns with people lately but good god, I've been wishing I had the time and money to go to the range or the pits or something and put a few hundred rounds through the Glock and the 982. And not even like "Man, it'd be nice to go shoot today" but like, actual twitchy trigger finger, want to skip work, would almost pass up mediocre sex for it, kind of want. It worries me yet drives me at the same time. I have a date to go shoot with Baker but it's 3 weeks out. I'm going to need to buy some gunpowder patches or something to make it that long.
