First Day of School
I feel so strange...
First day of school today, and last night i was rushing madly to finish summer assignments for AP english. Got about 2 hours of shut eye, didn't eat breakfast and still had to decide what to wear. XD It's so funny, that usual adrenaline and anticipation and excitedness for the new school year kind of passed me by. I mean, really passed me by, there was nothing. It seemed like an omen of a tough a tiring year, which I was expecting cause junior year is always ridiculous.
The strange bit is that some people recognize me from when I was here before, and it's not like we're friends but we can't ignore each other cause the face is too familar.
I'm kinda used to walking down the hallway and recognizing a lot of faces, but obviously when you move that doesn't happen.
MY teachers aren't bad. I don't have any nazi's, and a lot of them are pretty laid back. But I have a feeling getting into the swing of this is going to be harder than I thought. Still wondering if I can rise to the challenge.
Sorry if this sounds emo, but it's not meant to be depressing. It's just....so strange. Everything is vaguely familiar, but not comfortably so.
