LAST DAY OF MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY CLASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lectures were amazing today.
Last day of Dean Ayers lectures FOREVER...he's because President of another college and so I guess will never lecture again. :( It really upsets me simply because hes an incredibly interesting lecturer, and to me, very naturally personable and I wish he wasnt going into this completely distanced, iconic position in which he wont be able to talk to regular students or anything. Maybe he'll still write and do research and maybe create a presidency more connected to students. It was very emotional I believe for him and we clapped at the end and some stood up and he basically ran away lol as per usual when me and Emma wanna talk to him. Oh well...
Astronomy was...astronomy. I've realized that the unknowns of astronomy are the only interesting things...like the last to classes have been fairly good cuz we discussed things like dark matter and the cosmological constant and shit no one has a clue about.
Russian was way good...just a really profound lecture abotu the silence of God in Hadji Murad and stuff...really beautiful and profound but horrible depressing lol. This funny kid in the class was like "We were gonna clap...but we cant clap for that...its not that it wasnt good its just depressing..." So lol we didnt clap cuz...u cant really clap for how God is silent in the world and everyone is horribly alone and really, thats just the way itll be. Good ol' Tolstoy.
NOW IM GONNA STUDY TILL I GO TO SLEEP YAYAYAY!
