My paper was due a week ago yesterday, I've just turned it in. He said he would still take it (thankfully, if he didn't my grade would drop from an A to a C). That class is over and done with (thank God) and I somehow managed an A on the final debate (maybe because I threatened to cry again?). My anthropology midterm is also in the past. I stopped by his office in a final plea for leniency and understanding during the grading process. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. Anthropology simply isn't my subject of interest (I'll leave that for Katrina). Now I simply have to worry about getting up to speed for both English classes and preparing for the next Political Science exam. After break we have our voice midterm, so I suppose Lauren and I will eventually begin working on my pieces for that. I'm nearing completion of my internship hours, I'm going to miss going in. At some point I need to start going on the walks for my KC history class.
I only need 9 hours to graduate, but 12 to live in the dorms. So my schedule for next Spring is already planned, but I need to make some revisions. I originally wanted to take 15 hours simply because going from 21 to 12 seems a bit extreme and I haven't taken less than 15 since my Freshman year. But Westcott has a good point in that I can actually use my down time to read books of my own choosing (still history books, but no required ones) maybe I'll even read the books I was supposed to have read for previous classes. And I'm sure I'll have plenty of new additions to my library after my birthday and Christmas have come and gone.
