what I do: spin
Merry-go-rounds in parks, with friends keeping it spinning, it the best place in the world to hoop. Wow. Intense. With the merry-go-round going clockwise, my hoop going counterclockwise and me spinning myself clockwise. Trying to step around the bars while doing that is the next step. Another fun one was keeping the hoop isolated in one place, window frame it to one direction while you spin. I am so sore, it feels so good. That was yesterday.
