(no subject)
I went to bed at 10:30 last night. Woke up at 9:00 this morning cause Logan called me; I have no doubt I would have slept until at least 11:00 if she hadn't called. Instead of finishing my first paper between waking up and leaving to pick her up, I played with all my jewelry that I haven't worn in a long time. Put all of it on, then took most of it off. I've also discovered that my earring holes are still open -- I haven't worn earrings since prom. I can't remember the last time before then that I had worn them. I also made the annoying discovery that my claddagh is a bit too large for my ring finger and a bit too small to get over the knuckle of my middle finger. I managed to get it on my middle finger anyway. Then there's the issue of knowing which way to wear it. I went for facing away until anything was specified otherwise, which it may never be.
Now I need to stop thinking about all the other random things I could play with instead of finishing my paper and just go and finish it. My goal for the day is to finish this paper and at least get as far on the next one to have chosen a topic and started a rough outline.
Sigh.
