I baked a lot this weekend.
Bread. I used the bread machine though, so there was no actual work involved.
Vegan chocolate cake and icing. Vegan recipes are handy when you are running low on pretty much everything. It still tastes excellent.
Pizza dough. Eh...it was pretty bland and too thick. I wanted something quick. The recipe I think I'll like the best requires a day of rest in the fridge.
I picked up some caramelized pear and toasted pecan ice cream. I really wish I had some Royal Rivieras to go with it. I got some last year, maybe a box will show up for Xmas.
I'm stuck on Sleeping Lessons by The Shins and How The Heart Behaves by Feist right now. Both equally beautiful.
