since you ppls are so cool that you read this, you get the 4-11 early. this Friday there will be a dress down day (jeans and t-shirts are OK). its 3 bucks paid to your homeroom teacher and all proceeds go to the Hurrican Katrina Releif Fund being run by myself and a few others.
Also, next week, the 12th-16th we are running a sort of spirit week to raise money. On Monday, all classes get to wear t-shirts that are the color assigned to their grades: [seniors=black] [juniors=green] [sophomores=orange] [freshman=brown?]. Then there are special events every day after that, BUT only the grade who donates the most the day before (in money) will participate. Whichever has donated the most money by monday 4th block, will get pattern or striped t-shirt dress down on Tuesday. The grade in the lead Tuesday at 4th block will get like a baked goods sorta party thing (compliments of the faculty). The grade in the lead Wednesday by 4th will get to wear hats/college t-shirts or sweatshirts on thursday, and finally, whichever is leading thurday will get a pizza party friday. Also on Friday, several gifts (which raffles will be sold for all week) will be drawn for. These include so far: 5- 10 dollar gift certificated to santarelli's, a free month of tanning from premiere tan (woo), some shit from the mall or whatever, and some other junk i dont feel like putting down.
Also, I dont know what day, but Kanavy wants to do a "slave-for-a-day" thing where we auction off some students to be "slaves" or more correctly "butlers or helpers" for the day...serving their masters to I-dont-know-what degree. Anyway, If I'm up for bid, lets see some benjamins! I'm out...I need to type up some official-like paperwork.
