So, seriously never had to look much into the whole property market beyond rooms for business, but after spending all morning with Google and nearly giving myself a migraine, we have an appointment on Friday to see this place. Central Austin, about fifteen minutes drive to your campus. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, basement.
It's all on one level, and the steps out in the backyard can be changed to a ramp, no bother. Also, the place it totally wheelchair friendly. There are already rails in the bathroom and you can see in the kitchen the oven is at a height for someone in a wheelchair... or maybe very vertically challenged. But the dude at the estate agency tells me any other disability aids should be able to be added without too much shit.
