Wicked
Click to viewDefying Gravity remains one of my very favourite musical theatre moments. It's the pinnacle of the show and right before the curtain falls for interval. It marks the halfway mark of the show and the turning point of it's main character, Elphaba.
Someone recently asked me to share with them some videos of Wicked. While digging through youtube I came across this video of Jemma Rix and Lucy Durack from the Australian cast. I have been lucky enough to see these lovely ladies several times and they are both brilliant, I don't think this video comes close to capturing the magnificence of their voices live.
