I don't think I can make it into town that early; I don't even get off work until 6 your time. I'll be leaving straight from work, but will have to stop for food on the way. ETA to Montgomery is 9-9:30.

That comment actually made me chuckle. I'm a night person... meaning that after I drive the 2.5 hours to Montgomery, my usual practice is to meet up with people and proceed to stay up until some ungodly hour. So no, I definitely won't be too tired from the drive.
