I'm skeptical, because it is set 130 years after Ciel's Victorian era, with 'a completely original plot'.

While I don't think he looks particularly true to the drawings, from looking at web pics I do think Mizushima Hiro can pull off playing Sebastian; he looks very different when he makes different facial expressions, which is an important aspect of Sebastian, imho, especially Sebastian's overwhelmingly sunny smile:
