It's a slavic language, probably Polish. I studied Russian in college (for fun, not as a major). Though I've forgotten most of it, I recognize some of the words in this video as being 'almost-Russian' (eg: pravdu for 'truth' in the subtitled titles at the beginning. Also, Polish is written in Roman rather than Cyrillic letters.)
Add: yes, I'm certain now it's Polish because at the beginning where he's translating Ai-ki-do he says 'this means in Polish...'

It sounded Portuguese, perhaps Brazilian? I've been finding that Brazil is a mecca for martial arts.
