So I've started watching the old Doctor Who...
Cause of course I saw it as a kid, but I really have little to no recollection at all of it. The only old episode I can remember is one I watched at Agatha's house in high school with the Fourth Doctor and Romana II, and only vaguely at that. And I've been watching the Doctor Who Confidentials, and it made me want to see the old series.
So I started with the Pertwee years, cause I just really had no desire to see the earlier seasons. Plus I really want to get to the Baker years and Sarah-Jane, too.
Anyway, so I'm watching the first serial, "Spearhead from Space", and the plastic meteorites, or whatever they really are, make this almost ringing noise and every time it comes on, I keep thinking someone really needs to answer their cellphone. Only then I remember it's the seventies.
Plus I totally think the Brigadier and Liz need to get it on.
