Random Thoughts
So, I just finished a rough draft for the Purdue SOP. SOPs can be tedious... but I'm so excited to apply!
I keep thinking... jeez, it's been awhile since I posted. Then I'm reminded of what the americans in Moscow said--you're one of those eighth graders who still uses LiveJournal?! Well-yes. Sort of, recently. (Of course the Moscovites would never make such a claim. LJ is immensely popular there and even sponsors film festivals and whatnot; a cultural icon.)
I am not really tired and I don't care what time it is. Two nights ago I stayed up until 5am watching Death Note (anime)... and now that I've worked my way to episode 26, I find that it really won't end for a long time. Nope, this ain't your daddy's 1-season anime. Personally, I think the first season will go unmatched. The ending to that (ep. 25) is a real cop-out. But I'll give a shout-out to Youtube for hosting it all. Yay!
This weekend shall be an exciting trip to Wisconsin in which the parents of the betrothed all sit down to dinner. (Would appreciate wishes of good fortune.)
