Though I was 1.0 miles away from the 35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis, I was safe inside my apartment.
I am fine, and so is everyone I know.

Also, if you are in the Twin Cities area I ask you to respect the wishes of the Red Cross NOT to make cell phone calls, unless they are emergency. There's a huge communications gridlock and I want to do my part: so don't call!
