Becoming an Aunt

Well hello there, been a while, huh. Oh well, what can you do. As of January 4 I became an Aunt. Thankfully I was home and able to greet my little niece as she entered the world. That was awesome, and my sister gets all the credit. My brother in law sent me a picture of Mommy and daughter sleeping together. My sister had apparently just finished nursing and both of them fell asleep. When I saw the picture, I just had to draw it. Here is the finished copy. I changed a few things naturally the baby is still too young to have that much hair, but besides that everything is pretty similar.




I'm really liking the hair. I've definitely improved on doing hair. All in all, I just think it's really adorable to look at.
