Bank denied the transactions. Paypal said: we'll try your credit card. Which was linked to my bank account. Two didn't go through, and now they're planning to retry in 3 days.
Meanwhile, the case/dispute I filed on Monday has recieved no response and apparently doesn't exist. Attempting to search for the transaction numbers in the emails turns up nothing.
No obvious way to delete a credit card/bank account from the interface. At least I found a phone number.
Goddamnit.
