tonight i saw a dim little twinkling star in the night sky
and i realized how much i was like it
just a dim little star, waiting there for his time to shine,
but never finding it.
always waiting to be seen,
and never noticed.
never payed any attention to.

wanting so bad to be noticed,
and wanting his time to shine.
but never finding it,
and then he suddenly dissapears
behind a cloud.
and never seen again.
he dies waiting for his time to shine,
his reason to shine bright,
his time to be noticed
but he dies without ever finding it,
without ever being happy enough to shine bright
