hawaii is a truly beautiful place, if you have a chance to visit it, really soak it in. its one of the few places nature still exists, and its marvelous. there isn't a veil of smog and an explosion of suburban sprawl, its few simple and calm in most places. and the natives are so friendly and nice. you can actually see stars out at night, a rare site here in L.A. god honestly i fear the future.i was watching some news show on some CNN type channel and it was talking about the year 2029 they would have perfected nano-bots small enough for the blood stream to allow humans to download thoughts and knowledge, pretty much the matrix. i swear to god that sounds cool but honestly like the matrix, i fear that we will all be manipulated into things, that good old Orwell was just like Nostradamus and "big brother" will have our balls in a jar. apparently that nano-bots already exists and are used for patients with certain brain illness to act as the cells. and we got boeing working on robots for battle too, i mean are we so stupid as to not see our own prediction of demise by machine, are we so arrogant that we ignore the simple things in life, are we all so lazy, lethargic, selfish ass-wipes that fucking need everything done so quick and simple that we don't even know what we are doing at all? shit where losing the battle of time, in this face pace life, its work 40 hours a week, sleep 35 hours a week, responsibility 100% hours a week, living life 0.1% hours a week. granted thats what keeps all this shit in line, but we have lost sight of the simple things, the free things, just fucking standing listening to silence, listening to nature, not music or television or computers or conversations, i mean fucking nature, birds, wind, water, and all that jazz. just standing on some mountain top, and listening. its one of the greatest, most relaxing things you could do. just enjoying the beauty of the sunset, the ocean, the clouds, before its all gone. this world is slowly dying, and no one, not even me, is going to do a god damn thing about it, so take it in while you still can
