I saw Warrior in September and called a best supporting actor nomination for Nick Nolte
here. Oscar nominations came out
this morning and who had a nomination? Uh-huh, that's right!
A couple years ago ago, I walked out of The Dark Knight and immediately
gave Heath Ledger that Oscar. Will history strike again? Probably not, because I just saw Christopher Plummer in Beginners last night and the man not only has the 'I've-been-snubbed-85-times-and-deserve-an-Oscar-before-I-die-dammit' factor (though that didn't work for Peter O'Toole a couple years ago), but he was excellent as well.
