How to go from:

This was made in Psp8


1. Make your base


2. Go to "Adjust" ---> "Colour Balance" ---> "Fade Correction". Set the amount of correction at 100. Click OK.


3. Next duplicate the base and set that to screen. Duplicate the base once more and bring that layer to the top, then set it to overlay at 32.


4. Make a new raster layer and set that to exclusion. Fill that layer with #071C99 with the opacity set at 19.
