Long time no see...
I haven't been on LJ since October. Oh lj you used to be so part of my daily internet routine.
Well, some fun update-ness I 'spose. I put my notice in last week because I start the culinary program at Seattle Central on April 5th! Life change!
I've been feeling really conflicted with what I've been doing career wise for a couple years. Not really enjoying it anymore mixed with the overwhelming urge to be in the food biz. I'm not really sure how involved, but I know that its where I'm supposed to be.
So, my last day of work is March 18th, I take two weeks off to rest and recoop and start my culinary adventure. Exciting! Now to find out how I'll survive financially.....sugar daddies?
