(no subject)
My apologies for yesterday's post. It was a very ugly day.
Hey, because I'm bored and have no life... I have info to share! orcapotter, weren't you worried about the dates for JACON next year? Guess what? They've changed them! (I think...) The site has listed the dates as April 28-30th. Brett Weaver's signed on this time. Huzzah! Now we just have to get mustangactor back again and get them to invite kiristokyoto and all will be happy. Mainly because they MUST see Fullmetal Puppet Pals. *waits for the inevitable response from orcapotter*
(which yes, I'm still working on. Any ideas for an ending, co-conspirators? We are not ending it with "Naked Time" - no discussion. I have started designing the puppets, in addition to sketching out a script, and lemmie say, Armstrong is gonna be fun.)
(And yes, now that TWH has been snatched away from me, I comfort myself with the conventions of next year. So shush. *grumbles*)
So in other randomness, there was Firefly-speak in my class this morning. It was shiney and happy. There was discussion of Book and Reevers and a general collusion that Book is far more curiousity inducing than River: River's mystery has becaome somewhat second fiddle to the smaller mysteries. We'd only just started discussing Serenity when real life interruptions broke in and ended the joyous distraction from all things...well, real and schoolishly related. But horray for random geeks at school and in my class!
I upgraded my Cosplaylab.com account, so go look at it, if you want! There's not much there yet, but I plan to work on lots of things this semester and the next. Mainly in the wig department: Cloud, Riku, Sora, Tifa, Mustang...I'll have my hands full - but when it comes to fandomy stuff that's the way I prefer things.
