Mind your own fucking business

I hate my neighbor. It sucks, because it would have been a great situation. Their daughter is 12 and would be a great babysitter in the future. Jory likes to play with them but the parents really push the wrong buttons with me. He is ok. Kinda normal but not. I dont deal with him so much because, well, he works. Holly is a freak! She freaks out if she hasnt washed he 20 year old floors in 2 days. She flosses her kids teeth for them. God forbid they should learn to do it themselves. If the kids have 5 minutes before they have to go inside she would yell at them to go do jumping jacks for excercise. Or go ride your bike up the block and back. And then she would say 'hurry up because its going to get dark in a few minutes'.

She is always in my business. Always asking inappropriate questions. I never really mind much. I just kinda keep my answers breif and move on. But the other day she p[issed me off beyond belief!

I have been hanging out with outside after lunchtime on occasion because he has been sorta napping. If i dont nap him, he will be difficult, but he will go to sleep. If I let him nap, he goes to sleep later. The ladies on the block know, and its no secret, that when J naps, sometimes I do. No biggie, right? Well I was not outside one day last week and I was expecting a client to come over and bring me revisions on a project. J was napping and I was watching TV waiting for her to come. All the kids are playing on my lawn, like usual, and my client pulls up and procedes to my front door. She had to dodge her way through the bood of kids playing tag on my lawn and as she was going towards my steps Holly actually says to her 'I dont think you want to do that {ring my doorbell}, She is napping'.

So reluctantly my client rings my bell and I jump up, answer the door and she was so sorry for waking me. I tell her that even if I were, she is my first priority and not to listen to my nosey neighbor. Its a good thing she is a good sport, we laughed it off. But all I could think of after she left was how absolutely rude and inappropriate it was for my neighbor to say anything about what goes on behind MY doors to someone she didnt know who she didnt know. That could have been DCS, a long lost relative or maybe I called the town on THEM for not having a proper fence around their pool!

No matter what, she had some nerve to say ANYTHING to a guest of mine. Oh and if she were that concerned about waking me in my sleep, why would she allow the kids to play on my front lawn?
