The Shiny Brain comes alive when he is touched, for he has not been touched in a few years, despite living with someone. It hurts my heart to think of it, the uncaring of it all. Yet, I live there myself, so I know the yearning well. And then she disappeared and he is left in emptiness and hollowness, though he has been there all along. So, he asked for help. And I said yes and touched him deeply. And he landed back in his body. And found it was a nice place to be. And that he had missed it.

And he touched me back.
