The Drivers of Winnipeg
An open letter to the drivers of Winnipeg.
Dear Drivers...
Please take the time in the horrible weather that we are currently experiencing, to ensure that has to are racing along the water soak streets of Winnipeg to make sure as you go ripping through that huge puddle on the side of the road that there is no one walking on the side walk.
For that matter take the time to SLOW DOWN. The roads are not a safe place to be speeding today. No where you could be going is so important that it would not be better to get there in one peice..
