What an absolutely terrible day.

Started with a mind-blowing loss to freaking Denver in the Frozen Four... and I was SO SURE we would win. Tears welled up in my eyes... and I'm not over it by any means. I went to watch it in the lounge, which would have been such a great atmosphere (and was for the first 2 periods) if we would have won, but the way we all depressedly filed out of there was absolutely terrible.

THEN i went to go workout and got totally uncomfortably hit on by one of the guys that works there... he kept hanging around me the whole time I was there, and then finally, right when i was done he sat down and tried to have a chat with me... said, 'hey, i see you in here all the time'... and i didn't want to be mean, so i sat and uncomfortably chatted for a couple of minutes before i uncomfortably said i had to leave. it was just terrible. and uncomfortable.

and THEN we played our second flag football... our first one went so well, and the guys were so nice, and we just had so much fun... these guys were the worst guys you could imagine. first of all, they had a grotesque name that referred unfavorably to the female reproductive area, and THEN they had to reaffirm their manhood by beating us in the most physically damaging manner possible. Like, we actually HEARD the guys saying, 'go harder on them...' and then every time they scored, they'd yell at the guy to 'CELEBRATE IT'... oh wow, you made a touchdown on a GIRL. like, i'm not saying don't be happy about it, but these guys were such jerks, and they intentionally sucked all the fun out of the game. and THEN accused us (seriously) of trying to touch them in inappropriate places. Yes. Because this ISN'T in fact FLAG FOOTBALL, and the flags AREN'T around people's waists. We're just aiming right for their junk. HOW FREAKING RUDE!

So the reason I stayed up here instead of coming down to the Switchfoot concert (other than not having a ride)... the football game, turned out to be terrible.

You know what cures a bad mood? Sleep. Good night!!
