Finishing the hat ... er ... quilt

Yesterday I finished the quilt I'd been working on for two weeks (and which prior to that had spent two years in a Rubbermaid tote in my craft room, waiting for me to get going on it).

I'm pretty happy with it. You can't tell from the picture, but I stippled it with black thread in the colored area, which looks really cool against the bright colors (stippling is a quilting technique where you make a continuous, random, wavy-curly line).
