Boy howdy, things have been hectic. Graduate school is one big studying orgy. I was worried sick (almost literally) about my math stats exam. I was sure I failed it miserably. I was trying to figure out how I was going to finish my master's considering that math stats is at the heart of the core curriculum for the statistics master's degree. But then I got the test back this morning...
...and I made a B!
I was so ecstatic. I sent my wife an e-mail and told her the good news. Now if I can muster another B (or even better yet, an A) on my next test and the final, I will be done with the first section of math stats. Math Stats is short for mathematical statistics which is just a core graduate class for the statistics major. I would go into detail about the course content, but I don't think it would make much sense to anyone.
After celebrating Friday with several Coors Lights, I will have to focus on my next test in Design and Analysis of experiments.
I think I can handle this grad school business after all...
