So here are the pictures Jimmy and I took on our first trucking adventure together. Remember this occured between the hours of 11pm Friday 1/20/06 and 1pm Saturday 1/21/06. It was pretty fun, but very exhausting!
Jimmy being cute in his Big Big truck as Lydia calls it! This was right before we left to start our adventure.
Me being really excited to start the trip.
Before we could leave the yard in Sharonville Jimmy had to attach the trailer we would be hauling to Nashville
Then he had to inspect the trailer to make sure it was ready to go.
Then Jimmy inspected the 5th wheel located under the trailer.
His next step was to inspect the cargo (which I'm not allowed to photograph) and then secure the trailer doors.
Hehe. I wanted a quick pic of myself right before taking off so Jimmy graciously obliged. Love ya hun!
Next we jump from the start of the trip to the return trip the next day. For some reason I took no en route photos and it did not occure to either of us to photograph Nashville at all so maybe next time..haha!
This is a picture of Jimmy driving somewhere between Bowling Green and Louisville. He has on his wheel a Chicken/Giraffe looking thing that he won for me out of a truck stop vending machine.
This is the road from the view of Chicken/Giraffe.
Another pic of Chicken/Giraffe.
This is me trying to look cute and awake after not sleeping for over 24 hours. I felt like death.
Jimmy took this one of himself while driving. SAFE!
Then he took this of a passing car.
Another picture he took of himself. He is weird...
This is a blurry picture of the Kentucky Speedway.
I am sooooo tired at this point.
Jimmy wanted me to take a picture of what I could see out of my mirror which was me taking a picture of what I could see. Fun stuff!
What Jimmy sees out his mirror.
My mirror if I lean forward.
My legs and butt are sooo tired and hurt very badly!
My last photo is of a passing truck. Jimmy wanted me to show how close they were together.
So that is our trip via photos. Again not really sure why it didn't occur to us to take photos of the trip down and of Nashville as well as us arriving back in Sharonville/home, but oh well you guys get the point.
