Star Trek XII: So Very Tired. . .
I worked in the grocery dept today stocking the shelves. Two of the people who normally do it got fired, so the dept. was a bit short. I was scheduled to stay until 11, but the manager asked me if I wanted to stay until 2am. I agreed, but he said I could go around 11:30, since there wasn't much to restock. (Other than chips and beer, sales were pretty slow today.)
And I'm working in Grocery again tomorrow. I originally had these two days off, but I figured I shouldn't be turning hours down. And I have two days this week where I have to be in at 7am. We hates it.
But we finally got the car back. Yay. I have something to drive. Now I just need a license. And the car needs about a million things fixed or replaced: The antenna is broken, the right rear view mirror is missing, one of the air conditioning vents is broken, there are numerous spots where the paint is chipped and it's rusty, the jack is missing, the registration might be missing, and the right rear tire might be out of alignment. (There was a hubcap missing, be that's been replaced it.)
I also bought a new new 27" television. it's REALLY nice. Everything looks so much better. But I think it's too heavy for the desk that it's currently on. Need to move some things around and reorganize.
