So today was the last day of my diet. I lost 20 pounds this last chub club, but gained 800 dollars for losing so much.=) I feel good. I look good. Ive lost 60 pounds since i started doing this. Ive never seen the numbers 149 on the scale..or if i have its been a very long time. Im glad :) I finally feel good about myself

I got on a work out routine which was just cardio for about 30-45 mins a day, everyday. That can be bike riding, running, power walking, dancing, work out dvds (cardio of course)
I then started to cut back on my calorie intake. I dont recommend you do this, but i ate less then 500 calories a day. Which is hard to do. So with the carido ( i would burn up to 300 calories a work out) and eating less then 500 calories a day, i would drop about 2-3 pounds a week. Its pretty intense.
Id eat some toast for lunch, and then rice (brown rice) and veggies before i worked out.
If your looking to drop weight FAST then maybe this is for you, its not a famous diet its just something i came up with and worked for me. It may not work for you and by NO means is it healthy.
If your just looking to drop weight, with no time limit, then just cut your portions in half and work out, and eat right and work out. Working out is the main kicker in any diet/weight loss. I worked out everyday for 16 weeks. It sucks, and sometimes i didnt want to do it, but i did b/c i knew i was fat.
