(no subject)
Put in my two weeks at Kohl's on Saturday. I don't have time for a job in the fall so I must leave. I'm sad cause I'm gonna honestly miss the place cause everyone who works there is really fucking cool. Katie, Tommy, Michelle, Laura, Brittney, everybody. Everybody sans Fawn because she's a bitch.
Doug has been my main homie this summer. Since Nick left for Texas almost every single night has been spent with him in front of In N Out till we get the boot around 2ish then transfer to the gas station at the top of Yosemite.
Recording is going great. I just finished my 8th drum track and only have two more to go. Once I do those and a few vocal tracks I'm fucking done recording. Trying to get some shows together soon so we can unveil our new material. The only old song from the Harlot EP that made it on to the new album, which is now officially titled "Miles Away", is Blank Stares. I can't wait to have people listen to some of the new ones. The sound has changed so much since Alex joined on bass. My current favorites are "A Thousand Miles", "Oh Spite/Oh Hell", "Cobras!" or "Walkman Day".
School starts on the 18th. First week the six directors are having a meeting. I like that of the six writers, three of them are Allison, Andy, and myself. The one acts this semester are gonna be a lot of fun. Auditions are the second week of school. Three of my cast members are selected already. Kevin is playing Dan, Zac who is the only person returning from Disco is playing John, and it looks like Rob is going to be playing Dave. Still don't know who the fuck is going play the two girls Liz and Shannon and I REALLY have no one in mind for who to play the lead of Ben. But that's why auditions are really fun when you're directing.

Batboy is going to be a lot of fun. Basically I get to do a fun show with a bunch of my closest friends including Sarah, Allison, Rob, Ashley, Hannah M, and Barnaby. Like it's gonna be fucking sweet.
School this semester is going to be pretty deathtastic. Mondays and Wednesdays English MO1C with Shaista Gill from 8:30AM to 9:50AM and Astronomy with Ronald Wallingford from 2PM to 3:50PM. Tuesdays and Thursdays Math MO5 with Kaveh Shamsa 11:30AM to 12:50PM, Speech with Janice DiFatta from 1PM to 2:50PM, and Poli Sci with Tracey Somerville from 3PM to 4:50PM. I also have my Astronomy lab class on Friday nights from 7PM to 9:50PM. Thats not including the schedule that I make for my show and Batboy rehearsal every single night from 7PM to 10PM. 19 units in all. Yeah, I'm gonna die.
