stupid people

ok, so you all know that i work at hampton, well hamptons have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if someone's not 100% satisified w/ their stay, they don't have to pay, however if you pre-pay for your room from like priceline or something, you have to take the 100% up with priceline, and priceline tells them this, or at least they should.

ANYWAYS priceline also does the booking for the rooms, well this lady books a room through priceline and they book her for a smoking room. well she doesn't want a smoking room, but we sold out last night i guess and they couldn't move her because she was a priceline person. well then, this morning, the soccer team we had stay last night ate all the eggs and this same lady gets mad because we didn't have anymore eggs. now we do not advertise that our breakfast has eggs, all that we have to have is a hot and cold breakfast, which we did, just w/o eggs. so she gets all huffy about that. so then she wants me to give her the 100% because she got the room her travel agency booked for her and she got a different hot and cold breakfast than she wanted.

well i can't give it to her. she's prepaid for her room and she has to take it up w/ priceline, and she's not getting it through her stupid head and she thinks i'm not giving it to her because i just won't give it to her, so she asks for my name so that she can complain about me to Hilton (Hampton is a branch of Hilton). Well i write down my first name and she says that's not enough, she wants my full name. i refuse. i don't have to give her my full name, i'm a minor and even if i was an adult i only have to give her the name on my name tag. so anyways, she gets mad, asks twice more if i'll give her my full name and i refuse. she leaves angry saying that my manager will hear about this. well good for my manager.

so anyways, that's my frustration for the day.
