Alright,
so the Graduation Ceremony was awesome, I thought i was gunna be miserable, but it was exactly the opposite. I loved every second of it, seeing ur friends walk up to the podium and getting their diplomas is one of the best things u will ever see because they all look so happy and come walking down with the biggest smiles on their faces! I was very lucky to have been sitting between two of my friends, so we had a lovely time chatting while everything was going on, and reminiscing about our years at Corona. AND one of my dearest old friends was 1 of the 4 validictorians...im so proud of her. Her Sarcasmic Humor will pull u out of any bad mood. When the lady called my name i had the stupidist grin on my face, very similar to the grin i had when i got my drivers lisence but more intense if u will:P and i totally forgot that they take pictures of u when they hand u the diploma so when i had the case in my hand, the lady that handed it to me wouldnt let go of my hand, so she looked at me and said "look at the camera" with this like weird devilish smile....Scared the heck outta me. HAH. While i was walking back to my seat, i hear a very familiar voice saying my name, it was my WONDERFUL math teacher that i had for 2 out of the 4 year at corona. She said " congratualtions Rana" and gave me the sweetest smile ever, its was truely wonderful. I will really miss her cuz she was the BEST math teacher and person ever:) always brightened my day when i went to her class even if it was math, it was still great. When i sat down, i looked around and saw all my friends and past teachers i had had throughout my years at Corona, its a really funny feeling knowing that u might not see them ever again, very sad and fairly depressing. But i guess u have to move on. After everyone got their diplomas and threw their caps into the air, i ran around like an idiot hugging every friends and person i have ever encountered at Corona, it was great seeing all ur friends and accuaintences all smiling and running around doing the same thing u are. I said bye to all of my friends, and im sure i will see my close friends very soon.
AFTER GRADUATION:
i went back to the car (that was our planned meeting spot) i didnt see Rachel or Andrea so i figured that they went into that mess to find me, so my mom said to call them, and i did. THEN i saw them, it was awesome, They are so fun to be around even if it was for a short time. We gave them a ride back to Rachels house, and saw a girl run right infront of the car...stupid people...my goodness. Rachel and Andrea gave me these super dooper neat cards! I loved them guys, thank u:) they are going to hang next to the "i can tie my shoe ribbon" u guys got me for my 17th b-day. Then i went to dinner at the ROCKFISH Grill i think its called, it was super good:) then i went home....
It hast all hit me yet, the fact that im not ever going to be going to Corona as a student ever again. But life goes on, right?
TO FUTURE SENIORS: TAKE IT ALL IN! even if u hate ur school, u will still miss it. Cuz i know that i miss mine.
