Fresh back from Punxsutawney, PA, I come to report the news that 1) Phil, the prognosticator of prognosticators, declares we will have six more weeks of winter, and 2) I'd have made Phil into a Phil-ly cheesesteak by now if he weren't so murderously cute! We got to see him close up in the town's little Groundhog Zoo, and ooh! I wanted to huggle him! ^_^
On a happier note, the Giants have come out of their burrow to win the Super Bowl! *tosses confetti* They're supposed to have a parade tomorrow in Manhattan to celebrate their victory. Depending on the time, I'd love to go, but for choir practice and one more thing . . .
Super Tuesday.
Tomorrow, a whole slew of states, including New York, will be holding primary elections for the presidency. Though I am excited, the candidate I want to elect isn't the frontrunner; tomorrow could make or break his nomination. In any event, my goal is to wake up early and be waiting when the polls open at 6 AM.
That's not too bad, I guess. I just stayed up all night to see a groundhog predict the weather. XD
